The Wedding Costume

We recently attended a birthday party in which you were supposed to wear some kind of "Mad Hat". Although I did bring a hat I didn't really wear it since it was such a hot evening.

This charming Alabanian gentleman not only wore his hat but he actually wore his complete wedding outfit! I thought he was adorable and had to have a photo taken with him.

So this is one costume that an Albanian man might wear to his own wedding. I forgot to ask him from which part of the country he was. Do you know?

Power to him for going out in public like that. My husband is way to much of a wimp to wear costumes.

Random: are you wearing zebra print shoes? They look tres cute!

The hat suggests central and north. The same goes for the belt. The fact that he is wearing pants and not a "fustanella" means that he is from the north.
