LOL nothing would surprise me about Istanbul - I lived there for over 2 years (loved every minute) and some of the things that those crazy turks get up to... great pic!
Haha, very similar to my experience last summer. :) We were flying from Istanbul to Tirana and there were a bunch of mannequins that made it in our flight and blocked toe conveyor belt as we were waiting for the luggage. We must have waited for an hour until the owner came to claim them.
